We do not provide refunds, but you can review our Returns and Exchange policy below:

At Golden Treasure, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with any merchandise you purchase from us.

Please note that all international orders are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any customs duties or charges.

For merchandise bought at full price:

We offer a 3-DAY EXCHANGE policy for all designs purchased at the original price (subject to approval) at Golden Treasure. If you encounter a manufacturing defect, we will exchange the product once sufficient proof is provided. If the desired product is not available, you can choose another item of equal or higher value. The price difference can be paid through our website. Kindly inform us by emailing us at goldentreasure021@gmail.com.

Conditions for exchange:

Kindly Take a Video Before Opening the Package/Product. We take Replacement only If The Product Is Damaged. Reach/Send Us Video to goldentreasure021@gmail.com. Without Valid Proof, We don't allow Refund/Replacement.

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

• The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example, goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the expiry date is over.

• The supply of goods, which are, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

To initiate an exchange, kindly send an email to goldentreasure021@gmail.com, including your original order number and exchange details.

Once approved, we will arrange for the item to be collected from your location at no additional charge.

After receiving the courier, our team will contact you to confirm the product exchange.

The exchanged piece will be shipped back to your address without any additional courier charges.

However, please note that for exchange orders under ₹1000, cash on delivery (COD) is not available. You will need to make a prepaid payment.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
